As of the 2023 tax year, the IRS now requires e-filing for any aggregate of 10 or more of any type return Forms (W-2, 1099 series, 1098 series, W-2G, 1042-S, 1094, 1095 series, 3921, 2922, 8027). This updated threshold applies across all form types combined. For example, if you have 3 W-2’s, 3 Form 1099-DIV and 4 Form 1099-INT forms, e-filing of all of them is now required. • 11 to 100 forms: $50.00 per filing
• 101 to 500 forms: $75.00 per filing
• 501 to 1000 forms: $100.00 per filing
• 1001 to 2000 forms: $200.00 per filing
• Over 2000 forms: Contact us for a quote
• E-filing for years prior to 2024: Contact us for a custom quote

WorldSharp e-filing Services for 1099 and 1042-S Corrections

Should you need to make corrections or ammendments, we offer flexible correction e-filing services. Please see the rates below based on when corrections are submitted:

• Up to April 15th
  • Up to 10 corrections: $35.00 per filing
  • 11 to 100 corrections: $50.00 per filing
  • 101 to 200 corrections: $75.00 per filing
  • Over 200 corrections: Contact us for a quote
• After April 15th
  • Up to 10 corrections: $35.00 plus $1.00 per correction
  • Over 10 corrections: $50.00 plus $1.00 per correction

WorldSharp Printing and Mailing Services for 1099 and 1042-S Forms

Our printing and mailing service takes care of your entire form distribution process. We print your forms in the standard IRS format, include envelopes and insertion, handle first-class mailing, and provide a PDF copy of all mailed forms. Pricing includes a setup fee and a per-form cost based on volume:

• Up to 10 forms: Setup Fee $35.00, e-file $35.00, $1.50 per form plus postage
• 11 to 100 forms: Setup Fee $50.00, e-file $50.00, $1.25 per form plus postage
• 101 to 500 forms: Setup Fee $50.00, e-file $75.00, $1.00 per form plus postage
• 501 to 1000 forms: Setup Fee $50.00, e-file $100.00, $1.00 per form plus postage
• 1001 to 2000 forms: Setup Fee $50.00, e-file $200.00, $0.85 per form plus postage
• Over 2000 forms: Setup Fee $75.00, e-file (contact us for quote), $0.75 per form plus postage

1042-S Forms
