Q: Why does my printer output go to the wrong printer?
A: This sometimes can happen with some operating system. Windows seems
to report the wrong printer to the WorldSharp System. Use the following procedures.
Exit the WorldSharp program.
Using the Operating System 'Control Panel' - 'Devices and Printers', set the default printer to the appropriate printer.
Bring up the WorldSharp program.
When attempting to print, do not set or change the printer even it is blank or set to the wrong printer.
This should take care of the problem. If not, call WorldSharp support - (575)445-2504.
