The WorldSharp™ 1099 Preparation System is used to import, enter, print and electronically report all 1099 forms. It has a robust data import capability. It prints data on preprinted forms or prints data and forms on blank paper. It allows you to file electronically with the IRS. The single user version is $89.95 and electronic filing and every form except 1042-S is included with every system.

Proceeds From Real Estate Transactions
Form 1099-S is used to report proceeds from real estate transactions and to report the sale or exchange of real estate.
Reportable real estate includes improved or unimproved land, including air space; Inherently permanent structures, including any residential, commercial, or industrial building; A condominium unit and its appurtenant fixtures and common elements, including land; stock in a cooperative housing corporation (as defined in section 216); and any non-contingent interest in standing timber.
